Shipping Details
We all want to get our invitations as soon as possible after we purchase them. For this reason, we have tried to make the process as simple as possible.
We will ensure that you receive an initial proof of your selected items for approval within two (2) business days of purchase. If you are happy to approve, we can print them right away. If you have any minor changes you would like, we can accommodate this with a second proof. Once you are happy and given us your approval, your invitations will be printed and dispatched within five (5) business days.
To keep it simple, we charge a flat fee of $9.95 for all orders which are sent via Express Post with Australia Post. Your parcel will be able to be tracked via tracking numbers issued to you.
Due to high shipping costs, unfortunately we are unable to offer international shipping.
Refund Policy
We stand by the quality of our product and are sure that they will be something you will be proud to send out to your family and friends.
As each order is personalised and we rely on you to review and approve the proof is all correct (spelling, colours, layout), we cannot accept any fault as a result of customer input.
Sometimes colour variations between monitors, phones and printers can vary resulting in colour differences between electronic and printed products. We cannot accept responsibility for these variations.
Any errors attributed to our design office will result in a reprint, full refund or credit for future purchases. Full refunds will require the return of the entire faulty product in its original packaging and refund will be issued on receipt in our offices. If these conditions/terms are not met, we will not be able to provide a full refund.
If you change your mind after purchase and wish to cancel your order, we can provide a full refund unless we have commenced work on your proofs. Please note that we usually commence proofs within hours of purchase.
Once a proof has been provided, a cancellation fee of $25.00 will apply and the remaining purchase price will be refunded.
Once approval for print has been given, we cannot provide a refund unless the error has been made by our design office. In the event that you require changes to your order during the printing process (change of date, location, etc.) an additional reprint cost will apply equivalent to the original minus shipping costs.
